Why I Charge a Service Fee
Travel today can feel overwhelming—so many choices, endless online reviews, and countless hours spent comparing options. My role is to take that stress away and design a trip that feels effortless, seamless, and perfectly suited to you.
Because I don’t rely on supplier commissions alone, I work for you—not the airlines, not the hotels. This means my only priority is your best interest. Every recommendation I make is client-focused and based on my skills, experience, and professional training.
My service doesn’t stop once your booking is complete. I’ll be with you every step of the way—before your journey begins, while you’re traveling, and even after you return home. From the first conversation to the moment you unpack, I’m invested in your well-being and peace of mind.

Payment & Cancellation Policies
I believe transparency builds trust, so I want you to feel confident and informed about how my service fees and policies work.
💳 Payment
- All payments are to be made by credit card.
- Payment in full is required before services are rendered.
💰 Refund Policy
- All agency professional fees are non-refundable.
- These fees reflect the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to planning your travel.
- Please note: service fees are in addition to any charges from third-party providers such as airlines, tour companies, or other travel suppliers.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your booking for any reason, a $200 + HST cancellation fee will apply.
- This fee is non-refundable and is charged in addition to any supplier cancellation penalties.
⚖️ Limitations of Liability
I am committed to supporting you at every stage of your journey, and I will always do my very best to resolve any issues that arise. However, please understand that I cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by third-party suppliers. This may include (but is not limited to):
- Flight schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or seat reassignments
- Hotel or accommodation issues
- Changes to attraction hours
- Weather-related disruptions or natural disasters
While these circumstances are outside my control, I will advocate for you and work hard to help find solutions wherever possible.
